RICH GROSSI

CEO

Rich was recently named CEO of Openlink Financial. He has a long history of success in key operational roles for over 20 years at Openlink. In his previous role as Chief Technology Officer, he led product management and engineering, as well as the company's IT and information security. In this role, he focused on ensuring that Openlink's products remain industry leaders, aligned to meet the market needs of clients and developed to maximize end-user satisfaction. Rich was responsible for development of the Openlink Cloud platform a future growth area and innovation for the business.

He held numerous management positions across business, product, engineering and operations, focusing on leadership, innovation and overall company growth. During these years with Openlink, he led client-driven sales, services and development projects that crossed various areas of the company's product suite.

Mr. Grossi spent the next 9 years overseeing Global Operations, working closely with sales, services, systems and finance teams to ensure operational effectiveness across the organization. His responsibilities also included managing and improving sales, services and process operations, business systems, resource management and support of internal staff and OpenLink's global client base.

Prior to joining Openlink, Rich worked as a VP of Development at KWI, where he was responsible for technical management of internal software applications for a variety of dedicated clients.

BERNARD DELAHAYE

BERNARD DELAHAYE

Chief Revenue Officer, EMEA

Bernard Delahaye joined OpenLink as Senior Vice President, Sales EMEA, in June 2016. Bernard is an international business executive with 30 years of experience in EMEA sales and general management, and an extensive track record of expanding business activities of leading technology companies into the financial services industry in areas such as core banking, wealth management, trading systems, risk and compliance, BPO and payment systems.

Most recently, Bernard was a sales and business development leader for EMEA at FIS, leading the sales organization and client management teams to grow license and services sales across all banking and electronic payment business lines.

Prior to this, he held an executive leadership role with Temenos, turning round the Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa region and leading strategic market initiatives. Bernard’s early career was in core banking, trading systems and electronic payment solutions with a focus on sales growth and general management of the EMEA region for companies such as Misys, Verifone, and ACI Worldwide.

Bernard has a Business Management and Computer Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Prescott in Arizona, and completed his executive MBA at INSEAD graduate business school.

Ken Knowles

KEN KNOWLES

Executive Vice President, Enterprise Strategy and Business Development

Ken Knowles is the global head of Enterprise Strategy and Business Development. He is responsible for managing Openlink’s strategic planning process, including broader strategic objectives and product strategy, to position Openlink for sustainable long term growth and drive operational excellence and efficiency in day-to-day execution. This role was created in 2016 to support a strategic operational approach that aligns long-term vision, mid-range strategy, and near-term operating tactics.

Mr. Knowles joined Openlink in 1996 to manage the company's research and development activities, assist with business development and sales initiatives, and work closely with clients on key strategic engagements. As the organization grew, Mr. Knowles assumed full responsibility for the risk and analytic elements of Openlink's solution sets. In 2007, his responsibilities broadened to include commercial ownership of the Findur product line. As a chief architect of Openlink's financial trading and risk functionality, Mr. Knowles has played an active role in software development and design, as well as lending support to client needs and sales initiatives. In recognition of his broad scope of understanding across the Openlink product set, he was promoted in 2012 to a new role as the first Global Head of Product Management for all Openlink products and solutions, where he was responsible for defining product strategy, roadmaps, and vision, aligning product positioning and value propositions in key market segments, and working closely with product development teams on software enhancement initiatives.

Prior to joining Openlink, Mr. Knowles worked at Mobil Corporation as a trader in the Capital Markets Group, managing the interest rate and currency exposures of Mobil's global treasury portfolio.

Prior to that, he was a Systems Engineer, providing decision support, modeling, and optimization services to the United States Navy's Submarine Launched Tomahawk program office.

Mr. Knowles holds an M.S. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering with distinction from the University of Virginia.

Nancy Pearson

NANCY D. PEARSON

Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Nancy Pearson is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Openlink Financial. A global leader and executive in technology for over 20 years, she excels in delivering results, creating new business opportunities and establishing strong brands to help drive digital transformation. She has been responsible for the integration of over 38 software acquisitions, and is an expert and industry speaker on cloud computing, cognitive business and digital disruption.

At Openlink, Nancy leads global marketing and strategy. She is responsible for advertising, demand generation, brand management, digital marketing, influencer marketing, storytelling and events.

Nancy was previously with IBM where she was CMO of the Cloud Unit and CHQ VP Marketing for Cognitive Business. While at IBM, she helped launch many early-stage strategic solutions into globally recognized brands including Linux, Watson, IBM Cloud, WebSphere, Tivoli and others. She has been recognized as a leader in the technology industry and was recently named as one of the top 25 women influencers in cloud computing in 2015 and one of 6 women who rocked the tech world.

Nancy holds a B.A. in psychology/human relations from Pace University, an M.S. in adult education/human resource development from Fordham University and an M.M. in market management from the Columbia Business School.

Trip Ray

TRIP RAY

Senior Vice President, Sales and Client Management, Americas

Trip Ray leads Openlink's sales and client management operations across the Americas for energy, commodities, treasury and financial services. He is a seasoned senior executive with more than 40 years of experience in global software, technology and consulting services, 30 of which are in the global energy sector. Trip's expertise spans corporate strategy and development, sales and performance management, marketing, consulting/professional services, customer relationship management, and customer support—with additional skills in operational and organizational improvement, employee recognition and engagement, and compensation.

Most recently at Openlink, Trip was Vice President of Client Delivery for the Americas division. Previously, he held senior executive positions at Oracle as Group Vice President in the Global Energy vertical, and at SunGard as Managing Director and Partner. Trip has also held C-level positions at Novistar, KWI, Hire.com and Amphora and served on the boards of Novistar, KWI, TradeWell, StakeWare and Liquid Robotics, driving results for early-stage startups, turnaround organizations and capital market companies.
